组委会对国内参会人的要求：
1. 国内演讲人（Presenter），一律要求按线下参会注册，9月到南京现场做报告；
如原定演讲人无法到场，请向组委会申报或找人替代；加微信 18310464456 组委会陈老师；
2. 有文章发表需求的作者，至少要有一位，完成线下参会注册，尽量到现场交流；
3. 无报告任务、无文章发表需求的参会者，如：协办单位、企业专场、展商团队、普通参会人，欢迎在保证安全的前提下，都来现场参与交流；
Full Registration Fees Include:
- Electronic full-paper proceedings prior to the Congress;
- A Congress bag includes: technical programme, printed congress report, participation pass card, participation certificate, pamphlets from major sponsors, dinning tickets, and congress souvenirs;
- Access to Opening, Awarding and Closing Sessions, YEP event;
- Access to all Scientific Sessions and Industry Sessions;
- Business media areas and the Exhibition;
- Welcome Reception, Coffee breaks, three lunches, Gala Dinner;
- Technical visits.
Accompanying Person Fee Includes:
- Opening and Closing Sessions;
- Welcome Reception, Coffee breaks, three lunches, Gala Dinner;
- Walking tour of Nanjing on 22 September 2022
2. For Online Congress Participants 【Early bird deadline extended to 21 July 0:00, 早鸟已延期至7月21日0点】
Online Registration Fees Include:
- Electronic Full-paper proceedings prior to the Congress;
- Access to all online congress activities, including: Opening, Awarding and Closing Sessions, YEP event, Cultural Show in Gala Dinner;
- Electronic version of participation certificate;
- Access to all Scientific Sessions and Industry Sessions;
- Access to the Virtual Exhibition.
**All participants born in or after 1988 will benefit from a reduced registration fee and are offered free IABSE membership for the year 2023.
Registration in Group, and Registration for Sponsors and Exhibitors, please contact the Congress Secretariat for invoicing preferences.
Registration fees are to be paid in full amount in CNY (￥), unpaid or partially paid registrations will not be considered as valid until paid in full. All registration deadlines are based on the end of the actual day (CTS midnight). If your payment is not received in due time, the later fee will be automatically applied. The registration payment is free of all bank charges. However, please confirm with your bank for any applicable bank charges from their side.

Payment Details
On behalf of the Conference Organisers, registration fees are collected by the PCO, Beijing Hechengtongzhi Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. of BRIDGE Magazine.
Payment Methods
- Pay by Credit/Debit card;
- Pay by WeChat or Alipay;
- Pay through bank transfer;
- Pay Onsite.
The preferred method of payment is to pay online by card and by WeChat or Alipay.

Accepted Credit / Debit Cards
In the unlikely occasion of a rejected online credit/debit card payment, the delegate is recommended to return to his/her registration online and try to process the payment again. Should the payment issue persist, the participant is advised to contact the card issuer/bank first to check for any potential block on the online transaction. Should this be the case, once this has been removed it will be possible to pay via the online payment gateway.
Pay by WeChat or Alipay;
WeChat and Alipay is popular electronic payment methods in China and some Asian nations.
Alipay is ready to use. Wechat is opened on July 11.

Invoice and Receipt
Contact the Congress Secretariat for a customised invoice before your payment, and ask for your receipt (otherwise fapiao for Chinese participants) after the payment.

Cancellation of Registration
For onsite participants, until 8 August 2022 - a full refund, less 50 USD administrative fee will be issued. From 9 August 2022, there will be no refund will be issued.
For online participants, Until 4 September 2022 - a full refund, less 50 USD administrative fee will be issued. From 4 September 2022, there will be no refund will be issued.
All cancellations must be notified in writing by email to the Congress Secretariat.
Insurance
The registration fee does not include participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to acquire their own personal insurance.
Cancellation or Modification of the Symposium Due to Force Majeure
In the event of a force majeure situation, the IABSE and BRIDGE Magazine reserves the right to alter or cancel the Congress without prior notice, including any change of the date, time, venue and/or circumstances of the Congress. IABSE and BRIDGE Magazine reserves the right to alter the Congress from a hybrid one to a virtual (online) one. Any occurrence of a force majeure event shall be communicated as soon as reasonably possible from the decision time. Force majeure includes any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of IABSE and BRIDGE Magazine which prevents or impedes the realization of the Congress. This includes but is not limited to, government action, war or hostilities, riot or civil commotion, plague, or other epidemic such as SARS, MERS, COVID-19, bird flu, earthquake, flood, hurricane, cyclone, fire or other natural physical disaster, explosion, accident or breakdown, strike, lack of the usual means of transportation or terrorism. IABSE and BRIDGE Magazine shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental of consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, losses, expenditures or any other inconveniences or costs caused or initiated by such modification or cancellation of the Congress.
